Announcement!

The science of Physical Therapy has advanced a lot and additional subjects such as Pharmacology are now recognized to be necessary in order to be accepted as a physical therapist in the United States. In this regard, the College of Physical Therapy is planning to open its doors to its alumni who wish to take additional PT subjects that were not covered when they were students but are now required by the FCCPT.

Third Year Subjects:

  1. Anatomy 2 (Internal Organs, Face, Neuroanatomy)
  2. Anatomy 3 (Kinesiology)
  3. Physiology 2 (Organ System Physiology)
  4. Pathology/Microbiology 1 (Gen. Pathology & Gen. Microbiology)
  5. Therapeutic Exercise 1 (Physiology of Exercise, types & postures)
  6. Electrotherapy 1

Fourth Year Subjects:

  1. Medical/Surgical 3 (Gen. Surgical Conditions, Radiology, & Orthopedic Conditions
  2. Therapeutic Exercise 3 (Advanced Therapeutic Exercise, PNF)
  3. Orthotics/Prosthetics (Splint, Casting, Bandaging, Bracing, Artificial Limbs)
  4. Clinical Education
  5. Seminar 2 (Clinical Correlation, Team Approach)
  6. Research in PT/Thesis Writing
  7. Pharmacology

Fifth Year Subjects:

  1. Seminar 3 and 4 (Clinical Correlation, PBL Approach)
