On April 25, 2008, the College of Physical Therapy produced 21 new graduates! Together with the Medicine and Nursing colleges, the commencement exercises were held at the PICCPlenary Hall last April 25, 2008 where PRC Commissioner (and former DECS Secretary) Dr. Nilo Rosas was the guest speaker.
